Build Routines, Get Moving, Reconnect With the World.

Too many days spent inside can leave anyone feeling disconnected and unsure where to start. At 123coach, our Get Active service helps NDIS participants rebuild daily movement, routines, and real-world connections through consistent one-on-one support across Melbourne and Australia.

Get Active

When the First Step Feels Like the Hardest

For NDIS Participants

Mornings blur into afternoons and the world outside feels harder to re-enter as the weeks, months, and years go by.

For Parents and Carers

You've watched your loved one lose momentum, and gentle encouragement no longer changes things.

For Support Coordinators, Case Workers & OTs

You need a reliable NDIS service provider in Melbourne who carries through on community access goals between sessions.

Getting active again rarely starts with a gym membership. It starts with someone showing up, walking beside you, and making the first step feel doable.

What Get Active Includes

As a trusted NDIS provider in Melbourne, we combine community activities, one-on-one support, and independent living skills to help you rebuild an active and engaged life.
Daily Movement Routines

Simple walks, local outings, and gradual activity building personalised to your energy and ability.

Community Reconnection

Local parks, libraries, sports clubs, volunteer groups, and social meet-ups.

New Interests and Hobbies

Trying activities you've wanted to explore, we work on this together with you step by step.

Confidence in Public Spaces

Rebuilding after injury, ABI, or hospital discharge, drawing on our experience with complex support and NDIS mental health services in Melbourne.

Consistent Weekly Structure

Routines you can rely on, not one-off appointments.

Plan Managed and Self Managed Support

We support Plan Managed and Self Managed participants, and can work alongside your NDIS Navigator or Support Coordinator.

The 123coach Difference

123coach is led by David and Jenn, a husband-and-wife team. We’ve raised two young adults with our own challenges, and we know first-hand how the right partnership at home builds independence over time. David is a former ADF member (Tri-service) with calm and frontline experience. Jenn brings government and maternal child health expertise.

Movement is just the start. With Mum and Dad energy on the team, we build confidence, purpose, and connection alongside every walk, outing, and routine.

The Everyday Getting Active Wins We Build Toward

A weekly walk becomes a routine you look forward to

New places, new food, new experiences outside the front door

Improved mental health through movement and fresh air

Progress that Support Coordinators can report with confidence

Meeting people who know your name and say hello
