- Two Heads, Two Hearts, One Team Behind You.
Meet David and Jennefer - Your Coaching Team
Hi, I’m David. Together with my wife Jennefer, I support NDIS participants, families, carers, and allied health teams across Melbourne and Australia through one-to-one coaching, complex support, and real-life skill-building.
123coach is a family-operated husband-and-wife team. While most providers offer one person on every case, we bring two sets of skills, two perspectives, and two pairs of hands for the people we support.
Why 123coach Means What It Says
Our name reflects how we put you first.
01
You are our number one priority.
02
David walks alongside you with frontline coaching and lived experience.
03
Jennefer supports behind the scenes with admin, planning, and coordination of your partnership journey with us.
With two of us on every case, you get bigger-picture thinking, stronger continuity, and the nurturing presence of a Mum and Dad team who genuinely understand what it takes.
The Journey That Shaped This Work
Early life and military service
I spent six years in the Australian Defence Force, fortunate to complete tri-service training and work across Army, Navy, and Air Force operations. My time on warships, heavy equipment, and supply chain analysis taught me calm leadership, problem-solving on the move, and how to keep a clear head in changing situations.
Transitioning to civilian life
Leaving the military in 1997 with an injury meant rebuilding almost everything from scratch: career, purpose, friendships, and direction. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to start over, and a lasting gratitude for the support that helps people rebuild. From there, I moved into youth work, where my approach to support took shape:
- Supporting families navigating Juvenile Justice
- Running fundraising events for seriously ill teens
- Mentoring teenagers through workshops and skill-building
- Spending time with terminally ill young people and their families at Perth Children's Hospital
Meet Jennefer - The Other Half of 123coach
While I was building frontline support experience, Jennefer was building a career in high-demand government roles, corporate property management, real estate, and maternal child health. Her work has always combined precision, compassion, and a deep understanding of how to support people through major life transitions.
Jennefer manages the office, admin, and coordination side of 123coach. She brings the structure and organisational eye that turns good intentions into real outcomes for the people we work with.
Lived NDIS experience as parents
As parents to two young adults on the autism spectrum, we've navigated the NDIS from the inside. Our children now drive, work, and live independently. These are outcomes built through years of advocacy and partnership at home. Husband and wife. Mum and Dad. We bring that same teamwork to every client we support.
What This Means for You
Our combined background blends military discipline, lived NDIS experience, and years of hands-on support across mental health, ABI, trauma, and major life transitions. At 123coach, that translates into calm, consistent one-on-one support focused on daily living, coaching, complex needs, and mental health support.
We work alongside Plan Managed and Self Managed participants, Support Coordinators, OTs, and allied health teams as a trusted NDIS Provider in Melbourne.
